The Humphrey Fellowship Program is administered centrally by the Institute of International Education with primary support from the United States Department of State. At MSU, the program is administered by the Center for Advanced Study of International Development (CASID). MSU and CASID enjoy hosting Humphrey Fellows each year and are excited for current and past Fellows to share memories through this site.
